Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing.

• More than 60 days before arrival: full deposit refundable

• 30–60 days before arrival: 50% of total rental cost payable

• Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of total rental cost payable

If the property can be re-let for the cancelled period, the Owner may refund part or all of the amount paid at their discretion.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Owner Cancellation

If the Owner must cancel due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, all monies paid will be refunded in full. The Owner’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental
