My name is Jeremy Levis and our family has owned this centuries old farm house for over 40 years, and in that time have changed what was a crumbling semi ruin into a comfortable home.
Accommodation is on the first floor, until recently downstairs was just for animals, though occasionally you will find us there.
We're a 10 minute drive from Castiglione Del Lago, with its fantastic views of Lake Trasimeno, and beaches from where you can take a dip.
Castiglione is chock full of great restaurants and cafes, along with a medieval castle to explore.
30 minutes away are either Cortona or Montepulciano, famous beautiful hill towns, that make for easy visits.
An hour away, you have Assisi, Siena and Arezzo, each great Renaissance treasures.
The local station has direct trains to both Florence and Rome.
